Contact
Whether you want to sell, let or would like a no-obligation valuation, as an estate agent we gladly make time for a personal conversation at our office in Ghent.
Managing director
Hello, I am Jan, managing director of Abitos. Throughout my career I have learned that trust is the foundation of every successful property transaction. That is why at Abitos we build every collaboration around transparency, availability and personal contact. We want our clients to feel heard and to count on our guidance with peace of mind, from the first conversation to the successful completion of their file.
Trainee real estate agent
Hello, I am Gaethan. Together with Jan I helped bring Abitos to life. Driven by our shared passion for real estate and our conviction that things can be done differently, we chose a personal approach that puts the client genuinely first. We take the time to inform people correctly, to guide them and to look for the best solution together. That vision is still the basis of everything we do today.
Commercial assistant
Hello, I am Batist. After my studies in SME management, Abitos is giving me the chance to turn my passion for property into my profession. Real estate has always fascinated me, not only because of the properties themselves, but also because of the people and the stories behind them. I am taking my first steps in the property sector with great enthusiasm. I look forward to learning, to guiding clients personally and to contributing, together with my colleagues, to a successful sale or letting.
