19 August 2022 is the official start of Abitos!

You do not simply become an estate agent: first you have to complete an internship, including a written and oral exam. In July 2022 I received my official recognition as a BIV-accredited estate agent, an important milestone for setting up an independent agency.

As an atypical agent we want to make a difference. How? We want to do something for the homeless in our society. Property transactions are usually about buying or renting a home, but what about those who cannot afford a roof over their head? We want to do our bit by donating part of our profit to a good cause (Huize Triest).

I myself spent almost 30 years in the private sector, where customer service ran through my career like a thread. Caring for clients is deep in my DNA, and that is what I want to carry out with our office in the property world. Driven by a passion to do things differently, we take on this challenge to firmly put ourselves on the map in East Flanders.

Choosing Abitos as your estate agent means choosing correct communication, personal service, transparency throughout the whole process and a contribution to a community that lacks the necessary means.
