Thank you for your trust. With the registration we gather all the details to start letting your property. We guide you step by step and are ready to support you to the full.
Time you will need
10 to 15 minutes
To complete everything, allow about 10 to 15 minutes. The form consists of four clear modules. Required fields are clearly marked with an asterisk, and for some questions you can upload a file.

Register your property
Fill in the modules one by one. That way you keep the overview and nothing is lost along the way.
Details of the owner(s)
Your personal and contact details, and those of any co-owners. You can add up to six owners.
Details of the property
The address, the type of home and the certificates such as EPC, electrical inspection and asbestos inventory.
Terms of the property to let
The desired rent, charges, the type of lease and the intended start date.
Specific features of the property
Surface area, rooms, equipment, heating and the other features that characterise your home.
What you best keep at hand
With these documents and figures within reach, you complete the registration smoothly in one go.
Your identity card (and that of any co-owners)
The ownership details of the property, such as the cadastral income
The key figures of the property: surface area, number of rooms, year of construction
The available certificates: EPC, electrical inspection, asbestos inventory

Once everything is filled in, we have all the information to start letting your property. We then draw up an official mandate that you only need to sign.
