Property manager, professional property management
An optimal return on your investment is our goal, so that as a landlord you only have to focus on the income.
In general the term property manager, in Dutch rentmeester, is a little less known, but here too it is about important relief for the client, in particular the landlord. You hand over the management, we safeguard your return and the good condition of your property.
What is a property manager?
A property manager is an estate agent who must be registered with the BIV, the Professional Institute of Estate Agents. They are a broadly trained property professional, registered either as an estate agent intermediary, as an estate agent syndic, or as both. Like the syndic, they handle the management of real estate: both the property manager and the syndic take care of the financial, technical and administrative management of property.
The property manager manages the private properties of their principal, with the main goal of making the owner's portfolio perform optimally and keeping it in good condition. They relieve the principal by taking over administrative, financial and technical matters, and are the point of contact for the tenants.
The differences between a property manager and a syndic are substantial
Both manage real estate, but not the same real estate and not with the same mandate. In short:
