We are mandated to let a two-bedroom apartment in Ghent by 1 September. After professional photos and publication on the major property platforms, we schedule two viewing days, at which a total of nine candidate tenants come forward.

Already on the first viewing day, several people express interest. We screen identity, income and profile and select a suitable tenant. The apartment is let by 1 September and you pay the agreed commission of € 1,150.

If we do not find a suitable tenant by 1 September, the Abitos Letting Promise takes effect. You automatically receive a 25% discount on the letting commission: you save € 287.50 and pay only € 862.50 instead of € 1,150. You do not have to do anything.
